complexity. Please note that some materials — such as MFC or MDF boards, decorative or wall panels, and edge banding — are subject to supplier minimum order requirements, which can increase the unit cost for smaller projects.

Yes, I offer furniture repair (when possible), refinishing, and modification services—including adjustments to existing or store-bought pieces, depending on their condition and materials.
6. Do you specialize in cabinetry as well as freestanding furniture?
Yes, I design and build both custom cabinetry and freestanding furniture, tailored to your project.

6. Do you offer repair or modification services?

I do not currently provide CNC or laser-cut detailing services directly. However, if your design requires it, I can coordinate with trusted specialists to ensure precise, intricate patterns and custom details are incorporated seamlessly into your project.

Yes, I can provide samples or colour swatches during the consultation or design phase to help you choose the right materials and finishes for your space. Please note that some samples may incur a cost or be subject to limited availability.
3. What brands of materials do you use?
I use only high-quality, trusted brands to ensure durability, aesthetics, and long-term performance. Common brands include Egger, Kronospan, Swiss Krono, Saviola, Alvic, Senoplast, Serica, Xylo Surfaces, Finsa, Medite, and Spanolux, among others. I source premium solid wood, veneers, plywood, MDF, and laminates exclusively from reputable suppliers to maintain the highest standards in every project.

I use only trusted hardware brands to ensure functionality, reliability, and longevity. Commonly used brands include Blum, Häfele, Hettich, Grass, Accuride, GTV, Emuca, Sensio, Sugatsune, Festool Domino, and Lamello, among others. All components are sourced from reputable suppliers to guarantee consistent quality.
5. Can you supply only materials or furniture hardware (without installation)?
Yes, I can supply materials or fittings separately, depending on your requirements. Please get in touch to discuss the details. Kindly note that some materials may have minimum order quantities.
6. Can I supply my own materials?
Yes, I can work with client-supplied materials or hardware, provided they meet the requirements of the design. I will need to assess their suitability before use.
7. Can I request specific brands for hardware?

Installation can range from a few hours to several days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
6. Do I need to be home during the installation?
Not necessarily. As long as I have access and clear instructions, I can proceed without you being present.
7. Will you protect my home during installation?
Yes, I take great care to protect your flooring, walls, and furnishings. I also clean up thoroughly once the work is completed.
8. Will installation disrupt my daily routine?
I work efficiently to minimise disruption, maintain a clean workspace, and communicate clearly throughout the process.
9. Do you undertake installation on weekends or bank holidays, in addition to weekdays?
Generally, installation is carried out on weekdays between 9am and 3pm. However, for more complex or time-sensitive projects, weekend or bank holiday installations may be arranged. I’m happy to accommodate these requests where possible, subject to availability and prior agreement.
10. Do you coordinate with other contractors or trades?
Absolutely. I work closely with builders, electricians, plumbers, and gas engineers to ensure smooth integration with the wider project.

1. Is there a warranty on your work?
Absolutely. All my work comes with a 1-year workmanship guarantee. In addition, you’ll also receive the manufacturer’s warranty on components such as hardware, fittings, and drawer systems. I pride myself on craftsmanship that lasts, and I’m always here if any issues arise.
2. Who do I contact if something goes wrong after installation?
You can contact me directly via phone or email. I aim to respond promptly and schedule a resolution as soon as possible.
3. Can you provide spare hardware?
Yes, I can provide spare hardware such as hinges, handles, and fittings — either at the time of delivery or upon request.
4. Are modifications possible after installation (e.g., add-ons, extras)?
